About
I've spent more than two decades behind a camera — brand films, documentaries, customer stories, live events, and everything in between. I'm based in Chicago and travel regularly for work.
I also run Think Forward Films, a full-service production company. This site is for the other half of what I do: producers, agencies, and companies who already have a plan and just need a cinematographer who owns a proper package and knows how to use it.
That means you get the same eye and the same gear at an individual rate, without paying for producing and crew you weren't going to use.
Before the day. A quick call about the story, the location, and what you need to walk away with. I'll flag anything that will bite us on set.
On the day. I arrive early, light it properly, and keep the day moving. Clean audio, backed-up media, and a monitor for you.
After. Camera originals delivered your way — drive, cloud, or straight into your editor's hands. Post available if you want it.
Producing, a full crew, multi-camera and livestream, scripting, and post — Think Forward Films handles projects end to end.
